It’s a cracker
We have a cracker of a Christmas lined up for our guests from fun-filled festive activities for little ones to delicious food and drinks for adults. Let us take care of everything on Christmas Day. After a day relaxing by the pool or topping up your tan on the beach (Santa hats strictly optional), head along to Zacary’s Bistro where we will be serving a special Christmas dinner with wine – live music and party bags will add to the jovial atmosphere. Keep an eye out for Santa, who’s set to appear with gifts for our younger residents. Guests staying over New Year Eve’s can expect another sociable evening at Zacary’s where our chefs will present a special set menu with fizz and live music until late.
A little sparkle
Tenerife positively sparkles over the festive period with its towns and beach resorts going all out with decorations and lights. The kids will love spotting the nativity scenes that are on display and trying some of the Canary Islands’ seasonal treats – little pastries called truchas and turrón (a traditional nougat) are especially popular. If you’re not such a fan of Christmas, there are plenty of places to avoid the tinsel – Golf del Sur’s gorgeous greens for one. With temperatures a pleasant 21° in December and plenty of sunshine, it’s a wonderful season for a round of golf.
